Beautiful rural, stone country house near Pego with spectacular views on the mountains. Recently built on the ruins, using the existing thick stones from the original house for the housefront.

The house consists of two parts:

Larger part on two levels with on the ground floor a living/dining room, fireplace, large kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a patio and on the first floor 5 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.
The smaller part, which can be accessed by a separate entrance, is situated on the second floor and attic and has a living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room in the attic.

The whole house has central heating. At about 300 meters is the comunal pool from the town and the “sport-zone”.

The two parts can be used separately or as a whole if required, the original idea was to create a small country hotel and the paperwork for this is arranged.
